The Universal Declaration of Human Rights,
can be said to be the most "universal" document in the planet. The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights was recently awarded the Guinness world record for the most translated document, which is the above mentioned UDHR. Having been translated into more than 300 languages, from Abkhaz to Zulu, this inspiring document can truly be seen as the base of what is today known as the International System of Human Rights.
